
An effect processes the basic input sound in some or other way. In MML a distinction is made between an effect having an affect on frequency, on time, and on some or other filtering mechanism (which may be either time or frequency related, or both).
From a markup persepective the following general effect statements are important.
In this example the volume of the echo effect is 23, and panning 20 left for all the content of the effect.
