Idols of the ICT4D theatre

A research project was conducted on the frequency of citations of a set of authors and some theories. A total of 55 journals that cover development were consulted. Development here is defined along the lines found in devlopment studies and ICT4D, thus excluding biological, psychological or educaitonal devleopment.
